Builders’ agreements signed for first development stage
Universal Homes, Jennian Homes and G.J. Gardner Homes have been contracted by AV Jennings to deliver the first stage of housing at Hobsonville Point. Civil works are already under way and construction of the first homes will commence in the middle of 2010, with the first residents moving in around March 2011. A display village will allow the new home buyers to view the range of housing options available and learn more about Hobsonville Point.
