The Design Guide controls architectural and development quality, including front yard landscaping. It interprets and gives effect to the Design Code, providing a degree of certainty for the “look and feel” of the development, while also encouraging variety and interest within the built form and landscape. The Design Guide is administered by a Design Panel empowered to evaluate and make recommendations to achieve overall design objectives for the development.
